Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and evaluate industry trends
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proposal Development: Develop compelling and competitive proposals and presentations that align with the client needs
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through strategic planning and execution
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and shared services teams to ensure alignment with business development initiatives, and delivery of customer satisfaction
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on activities, progress, and results

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the outsourced services industry
  • In-depth understanding of the outsourced services market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and execute effectively
  • High degree of commercial acumen
  • Self-Motivated, driven and goal-oriented team player with a strong desire to achieve results. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and capable of identifying and addressing challenges proactively
